Scope Of Work
AP renovated the Ramsey County Manager’s Office, located in the historic 1930’s Ramsey County Court House/St. Paul City Hall Building in downtown St. Paul. The project included updating the 16,000-sf space to better suit modern work styles, featuring huddle phone rooms, a large conference room. The workspace is now more collaborative team-focused. By utilizing DIRTT demountable wall systems with integrated technology, Ramsey County now has a professional space with options for future flexibility. AP needed to preserve, protect restore historic elements in the space. Our team carefully planned for work in the occupied courthouse, with regular interactions with the building representatives.
