Scope Of Work

A remodel/renovation project on a vocational training building, the work involved demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, modified bituminous membrane roofing, thermal & moisture barrier, metal doors and frames, glazing, painting and coating, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceiling, flooring, wet-pipe sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical, access control, fencing and gate.  Kevcon supplied construction project management, construction supervision, Superintendent, Project Engineer, project scheduling, and self-performed specialty items installation and concrete flatwork.
