Scope Of Work
A 108,000 sf complete deconstruction and renovation of a 5 story residence hall, including a 16,000 sf addition. The building, originally built in the 1960’s, was transformed into a modern suite-style living facility which includes independent heating/cooling units and private restrooms. The project utilized historic tax credits and maintained elements of its original structure, while achieving improved sustainability as a LEED Silver certified building.
