Scope Of Work
Catalyst converted an existing retail space into a restaurant. Zarletti Mequon is an upscale Italian restaurant that includes a full bar, kitchen, dining and a private party space on the second floor mezzanine. Catalyst was able to incorporate a large wood fired pizza oven from Italy.
