Scope Of Work
Through a partnership with an independent Owner’s representative, Catalyst Construction was tapped to provide construction management services for renovation of the 200 N. Jefferson building for Red Arrow Labs.
Prior to the Owner’s acquisition of the building, Catalyst was engaged to provide project due-diligence and infrastructure reviews to confirm the building’s value and the project’s viability.
Throughout the design process, Catalyst provided continual budget updates and led the MEP design-build process through selection, design and implementation. Significant scope included nearly all new electrical and HVAC systems, a complete window replacement throughout the exterior of the facility, egress and safety reviews, and coordination of the healthcare tech company’s substantial data infrastructure.
