Scope Of Work
Catalyst completed construction of the 10,700 square feet, two-storyretail building in Mequon. Awarded the PNC Bank build-out thru a hard bid process, Catalyst Construction also completed this build-out on the first floor. Challenges included environmental issues and staging concerns at a very busy intersection.
