Scope Of Work
Renovation of four levels of an existing skilled nursing facility, converting the first floor to 31 CBRF units. The second, third and fourth floors were renovated to create 131 private rooms with private toilet rooms. Renovation included a new central nurse station/staff area and dining room/kitchen on each floor area to provide a home-like environment on each floor.
