Scope Of Work
Two-level building expansion, renovation of the existing interior, and construction of new entries. The upper level of the addition accommodates a new gathering space, meeting rooms, restrooms, and administrative offices; the lower level has new fellowship areas, meetings rooms, restrooms, and classrooms. Building remodeling involved reconfiguration of existing classrooms; kitchen renovation; and complete renovation of the sanctuary including removal of the balcony, and installation of new audio-visual equipment and fire suppression system. Site improvements include new driveways and landscape modifications.
