Scope Of Work
This highly technical new school was built on a 25 acre rural site which required extensive site, utility and infrastructure work, including new entrance roadways, as well as the installation and interconnection of 82 geothermal wells, each 400 feet deep. “Green” features included natural daylighting, operating windows, tankless water heaters and a computerized building control system. The “state of the art” school features technological data systems, security, intrusion prevention, whiteboards, overhead projectors and computers in every room. 86,000 SF.
