Scope Of Work
This project involved extensive renovation of an existing student center and an addition for administrative offices and a fitness center, complete with weight and workout rooms, locker rooms and a climbing wall. The project required heavy renovations to the existing building, removal and replacement of HVAC systems and plumbing, renovation or replacement of all finishes and construction of a new addition. The existing building was located in the center of the campus, which required well-planned staging and site protection. 106,209 sq. ft.
