Scope Of Work
Extensive interior demolition, as well as cleaning and tuckpointing the mortar, was necessary to bring the building back to its original 1906 appearance. For this project, the scope of work included a gymnasium, multipurpose room, kitchen, locker/shower rooms, library, new roofs, greenhouse window and a day care center in the basement. 43,000 sq. ft.
