Scope Of Work
This historic tax credit project involved total renovation of the 1917 Southern Railway depot for use as a Veteran’s Museum and Visitor’s Center.
Viable doors and windows were restored by hand in Thor’s shop. Missing or beyond repair doors and windows were replaced with custom-made replicas. The impressive Flemish-bond brick was cleaned and repointed. Site issues involved the adjacent “Live” railroad track. 3100 SF.
