The Vidorra condominiums feature a 20-story high-rise tower with 144 condo units, totaling 289,779 square feet. Adjacent to the tower is a 107,264-square-foot parking garage. The façade of the parking garage has six built-in townhomes totaling 14,779 square feet. Standard interior finishes include gourmet kitchens featuring granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, designer wood flooring, Kohler fixtures and designer hardware; as well as soaker tubs, linen storage and appliance-ready laundry closets, spacious balconies on rooftop gardens, grand entry ways and 9’4” ceilings in all living and dining areas. Amenities include a 20th-floor sky room, business center, private exercise facility, outdoor swimming pool and lushly landscaped commons areas.
