The Embassy Suites Hotel at Brooks City Base is a six-story, 156-suite hotel with a porte cochere, swimming pool, pool garden, dining patio with ornamental trellis, extensive landscaping, decorative concrete paving, and an atrium lobby clad with limestone veneer and a standing seam metal arched roof. The hotel structure is comprised of load-bearing metal-stud wall panels and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) floor panels. The building envelope is made-up of AAC panels with a plaster skim coat applied during the fabrication process. The 162,000-square-foot hotel features a full-service restaurant, a full-service bar, a "Grab & Go" deli, 8,000 square feet of conference spaces, a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, a fitness center, a business center, and an asphalt-surface parking lot for 205 cars.
