Scope Of Work
The East Austin Hotel Project is located on the up-and-coming East Side of Austin, Texas. The hotel will feature two levels of underground parking, a full-service restaurant, a central courtyard pool with bar areas, as well as 26 cabana-type rooms for the passing traveler who does not want to incur the full cost of a regular guest room. The hotel will host 75 rooms, with 91 parking garage spaces. The garage and the first-level podium are built on a post-tension concrete frame, with the higher floors being a combination of structural steel and wood. The façade will use a combination of Resysta composite wood siding, CMU, stucco, glass, corrugated metal panels, powder-coated cable mesh screening, expanded metal screening, and perforated metal panels that will blend in with architectural style of the trending East Side of Austin.
