Scope Of Work
This CM-at-Risk project is a 1,000-student high school for the Clint Independent School District. The project consists of a main building, ancillary buildings for the Automotive/JROTC programs, agriculture program, and sports and recreational facility. The 65-acre project site includes all utilities and a forced main sewer system that connects the school to a regional lift station. The foundation is spread footings and grade beams with a slab on grade. The structure is a mixture of steel and concrete columns and beams with bar-joists and decking. Exterior walls are pre-cast concrete tilt wall and masonry construction and finished in brick and native rock veneer and stucco. The main building is divided into classroom science & computer laboratories, administrative offices, library, cafeteria, commons, gymnasiums, athletic training rooms, and locker rooms, along with art and music wings.
