Scope Of Work
The Dickinson Baseball Complex was constructed for 5A high school baseball for Dickinson Independent School District. It features a 2,500 SF concession building with restrooms, ticket booth, press box and concessions for home and visitor attendees as well as a 25,000 SF Field House addition to an existing building with minor renovations. The Field House scope of work included offices, locker rooms, weight room, display cases, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical systems. The complex also includes a home and visitor bullpen, three batting cages and a scoreboard. A state-of-the-art sports lighting system was installed, providing 100 footcandles in the infield and 70 footcandles in the outfield, near Major League Baseball standards. The facility provides seating for 500 people and was designed by PBK Architects.
