Scope Of Work
IMC served as construction manager of the new 45,000-square-foot, two-story, Class A corporate headquarters of ifm efector. The building is located in the Atwater Corporate Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
The new office building is a state-of-the-art facility with a two-story lobby, extensive glass and daylighting, ten-foot ceilings, open offices, cafeteria, conference rooms, executive board room, and training facilities. Employees enjoy a patio and open space with direct access to trails, views of the 70-acre lake, and protected woodlands.
