Scope Of Work
IMC is currently acting as the Construction Manager for the recladding, expansion and interior fitout to create a new corporate headquarters for Sunoco on the Ellis Preserve campus in Newtown Square, PA. The project includes a 20,000 sf addition and 240,000 sf renovation. The exterior facade will be reclad with a “Piano Key” curtainwall and their are plans for over 3,000 lf of interior glass partitions and over 50,000 sf of floating ceiling clouds.
