Scope Of Work
King of Prussia Town Center is a 12-building, 260,000-square-foot retail center located within a 125-acre mixed-use lifestyle center. In addition to retail space, the development includes up to 3,000 residential units, a parking garage, 500 hotel rooms, a special care unit of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and multiple office buildings. Construction was complete in phases beginning in 2016.
