Scope Of Work
This 320,000-square-foot facility was developed by Trammell Crow Company at the Atwater Corporate Center and designed by L2Partridge to consolidate multiple corporate locations for Endo Pharmaceuticals into a single U.S. headquarters. The project includes two five-story buildings overlooking Quarry Lake, a two-story connecting link, and site work including a single-story parking deck for 420 vehicles.
IMC utilized virtual design and modeling to fast-track this project and was able to complete core, shell, and tenant fit-out in just 12 months. Building amenities include executive offices, a full-service kitchen, cafeteria, conference center, and fitness center.
