Scope Of Work

A safe, nurturing, learning environment is the standard for Chesterbrook Academy’s multiple locations and the newest building is no exception. The one-story, pitched-roof building complements the residential neighborhood of Atwater while serving the large corporate complex nearby. Exterior stonework highlights the brick masonry and warm stucco colors of the façade. Inside, the school accommodates 176 children, ages six weeks through 6 years, and 24 caregivers in a variety of age-appropriate classroom and playtime spaces. In addition to 13 classrooms, the building houses a kitchen and staff breakroom. Chesterbrook’s parent organization, Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., maintains multiple preschools in the region and is the fifth-largest private child care organization in the US.
