Scope Of Work
Bittenbender Construction served as the general contractor to convert existing warehouse space on second floor for use as professional offices, including Assembly area with raised, tiered seating for approximately 100 people. Construction included a large open office, new restrooms, mothering room, and installation of three, large windows through the existing building exterior with concealed fire shutters for code compliance. Paint and carpet were replaced in phases throughout the entire facility while Origlio staff remained fully operational. Mechanical and electrical upgrades included a new RTU with associated VAV’s, new BAS control system, new lighting and fire alarm modifications throughout the space.
