Scope Of Work

For over 15 years, Skanska has partnered with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) on various projects across their campus in the Longwood Medical area. We have been a constant presence in their hospitals and medical offices, completing projects as small as an electrical room renovation, to as large as the $95 million Shapiro Clinical Center. Skanska has worked closely with BIDMC’s facilities staff to phase a number of projects, mitigating impacts to ongoing hospital operations. Additionally, Skanska’s
project and field management staff has managed multiple projects concurrently, leading to overall reduced project costs and improved schedule for the hospital.
