Pursuing WELL certification, the building is designed to a high standard of sustainability, health and wellness, focused on touchless features and ample natural light. 3901 features a thoughtfully-designed plaza with 10,000 SF of retail, multiple tenant balconies and a 4,000 SF rooftop deck with views of surrounding D.C.
