Scope Of Work
As the lead contractor on this 50,834 square feet performing arts learning complex, including seven spacious dance studios, D&J proved its ability to communicate and coordinate working with both local and state administrated architects, owners reps, and a construction manager to meet all project milestones. Unique project features include six different exterior materials, two technology-enhanced classrooms, a physiotherapy room, and a large scenery shop.
