Scope Of Work
Quandel Construction Group successfully met two challenges while renovating the Schuylkill County Courthouse in Pottsville: preserving the architectural integrity of the century-old building and maintaining the day-to-day operations of county government. The year-long project included renovating offices and courtrooms, adding a floor, and building an addition. Quandel completed construction in phases to allow work in the Commissioners’ office, row offices, and courtrooms to continue.
Quandel also earned a regional craftsmanship award for excellent workmanship from the Harrisburg Builders’ Exchange for the renovation of the Commissioners’ boardroom.
