Scope Of Work

To offer easy access to Scranton’s Community Medical Center and provide additional parking, Quandel Construction Group was asked to erect a seven-level parking garage, totaling 426 parking spaces. A number of measures were taken throughout all phases of project development to ensure 24-hour entry to the medical center.

Working in extremely tight quarters over the 12-month construction period, Quandel maintained complete access to the Hospital’s adjacent loading dock and basement entrance and coordinated overhead power relocation to underground service without interrupting hospital service.
