Scope Of Work
Project Scope:
Construction of a 13,580 sq. ft. tenant improvement office space on the 2nd floor of a class "A" office building. This project is a design assist/ design build project. The many unique architectural design features and green elements incorporated in this project includes new state of the art HVAC, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, audio visual and security systems, as well as a complete office improvement build out.
