Scope Of Work
3,700 sq. ft. ground up Chase Bank branch, at the corner of Flamingo and Pecos in Las Vegas. Work included off-site improvements for NDPT and CCBD. The new branch offers a covered car-teller line with remote tubing for servicing teller/client operations. The project sits on .98 acres and included extensive landscape upgrades as well as intricate stonework on the exterior facade of the building. The project consisted of wood frame and steel construction with an EIFS shell, TPO and Light Weight Concrete Roofing systems.
