Scope Of Work
Project Scope:
This is a multi-phased project consisting of site work, demolition, abatement and construction of a new bus and equipment maintenance facility for the Bellevue School District while the existing facility remains operational. This future LEED Certified project will replace the current antiquated facility that was built over thirty years ago. Located in beautiful Bellevue, Washington, this facility will include sustainable features such as energy efficient solar panels, heat recovery systems and geothermal wells.
