Scope Of Work
New construction of a 300,000 sq. ft., 700 car parking garage, and a 4,920 sq. ft. swimming pool, 963 sq. ft. kiddie pool and a 287 sq. ft. spa, with two waterfalls and over 2,000 tropical plants. The project also included a casino and conference center expansion, banquet kitchens, two full service restaurants, employee dining room, multi-media conference center with performance stage, race and sportsbook, associated back of house offices, loading and storage facilities. The project includes the installation of a 1350 ton central cooling plant, and a mezzanine mechanical for the new HVAC equipment.
