Scope Of Work
An exciting first step in modernization fuel delivery at LGA providing increased reliability capacity.
Argus Consulting was retained for program ’s representative for a fuel transmission system to connect existing tank farm terminals currently under by LaGuardia Gateway (LGAP, Terminal B) Delta (Terminal C). This will construct a transfer pump station within existing tank farm, upgrade existing tank farm’s fuel infrastructure route +/- 14,000 lft duel transmission fuel lines fiber communications duct bank across land and air sides airport.
tank farm provides for phased a transfer pump station while maintaining current refueler loading operation until hydrant system is ready to begin . at tank farm also includes upgrades to existing system, gauging system, tank suction fill valves, electrical power infrastructure. Additionally, existing 7 outdated load racks will be replaced with 3 modern load racks to serve Terminal A refuelers hardstands and RON parking positions.
