Remodel of the Capitol Ridge Best Western Plus hotel in St. Paul, MN includes upgrades to the exterior of the building including new vertical column elements to all four sides of the 10 story portion, a new parapet/screen wall at the roof, new entrance canopies at the south, east and west entrances. The project also includes patios, paving, site lighting, landscaping as well as other site amenities.
