Scope Of Work
Keo and Associates has provided services of design-build to multiple departments at the Coleman A Young Municipal Building as part of the GSD Space Planning contract.
We carried out extensive renovations for over 25,000 SF throughout the building at different floors including Law Department, Human Resources, DoIt, DPW and BS&E. The renovations included new spaces, doors, flooring, painting, electrical and mechanical upgrades, furniture, lighting, rire alarm upgrades and abatement.
Keo has work intensely with the /Detroit joint Building Authority and The General Service Department to renovate the spaces while the tenants are in the space with intense coordination and deep knowledge of the building and systems allowing us to continue working without interruptions and deliver finish spaces.
