Scope Of Work
The L. B. King and Company Building also known as the Annis Furs Building is a commercial building located at 1274 Library Street in Detroit, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Michigan State Historic Site since 1987.
The task on this historic building included core and shell upgrade to cover elevator modernization, architectural, electrical and mechanical upgrades along with façade and vault restoration.
Keo provided a design review services in order to establish the GMP, reviewing documents and providing suggestions for Value Engineering (VE). Build out Office spaces on several floors housing the following Bedrock tenants:
