Scope Of Work
This new facility has become a reality after the nonprofit received a $4 million donation. This gift from the Herbert A. and Grace A. Dow Foundation has been put towards the construction costs of this new $8.5 million, two-wing facility.
One wing’s design accommodates living quarters for 60 students during the school year and adapts to lakeside apartment spaces for faculty in the summer, making the campus available for use year-round. The other wing will serve as temporary quarters for visiting artists and performers throughout the year.
