Scope Of Work
Previously entrusted to represent the Owner during the overall facility’s original-build, Spence Brothers was awarded the renovation work for the creation of their 24-hour fitness area within the existing structure.
Housed in the basement area formerly serving as a spin room, all work was performed within a fully occupied and operational YMCA. The newly renovated area is now equipped with treadmills, arc trainers, weight machines, as well as free weights and other equipment such as yoga mats, medicine balls, and exercise bands.
