Scope Of Work

The Interlochen Center for the Arts (ICA) is world-renowned for its music and performance education, and now they’ve taken their Dance Center to new heights by expanding the facility. The ICA aims to make the dance center a destination for dance training.

In addition to structural and mechanical upgrades to the existing masonry and wood framed building, this expansion and renovation included enhancements to four studios allowing them to meet contemporary industry standards. The facility also features a central lobby, viewing areas for families and guests, enhanced technology to support teaching, and virtual master classes, renovated faculty offices, expanded fitting and dressing rooms, costume storage, and a fitness room with physical therapy space.
