FH Martin served as the constructor for the first Plum Market and an additional store in Ann Arbor. The 21,000 SF Bloomfield Township store has an open-market feel and features 30 skylights, a steel and glass wine cellar, a glass tiled pizza oven, and a cafe with a seating area.
