Scope Of Work
FH Martin was contracted to build the Children’s Center’s Paul D. Marsh programs building, funded by a campaign co-chaired by William Clay Ford, Jr. and WDIV Channel 4 Anchorwoman Carmen Harlan. The new 24,502 SF office building houses foster care, adoption, teen parenting and other outpatient programs.
