Scope Of Work
When it came time to construct a new bank branch location, Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod decide on a new building in an
existing commercial development. Delphi Construction was selected to secure permitting, coordinate all construction activities and build the project from the ground up. The existing parking lot adjacent to a busy retail outlet had to be reworked to accommodate the new building, along with the construction of parking lot changes, utilities, grading, building construction, finishes and final building commissioning. The new facility includes transaction counters, management offices, banking offices,
safe deposit vault, ATM facilities and a drive-thru bay.
