Scope Of Work
Renovation of a 1950's building, intially a bank converted to a school.
Abatement and selective demolition. Unique installation of a vertical chair lift, HVAC, fire alam, sprinkler system, all new finishes, telephone and datasystem. Installation of a sprinkler system throughout the 3 levels.
