Scope Of Work
In 2015, Trinity renovated an 8,700 SF office space for KeyBank, located on the 18th floor at 225 Franklin Street. When our client decided to consolidate several lines of business from a few smaller spaces into one full floor within the building, they relied on Trinity’s corporate interiors expertise to get the job done.
The 25,000 SF fit out of KeyBank’s sleek Boston headquarters included construction of offices and cubicles as well as four conference rooms, huddle rooms, a trading suite, IT room and a kitchen/cafeteria. The lobby features a beautiful millwork feature wall branded with KeyBank’s logo, and the space features glass office fronts, millwork, wallcovering carpet and tile throughout.
Challenges faced by the project team included construction in a busy, occupied building with several other ongoing construction projects. Noisy work was heavily restricted, and close coordination was required in order to manage deliveries and make use of the building’s single freight elevator.
At KeyBank’s request, Trinity was able to accelerate the schedule by two weeks for an early completion, turning over a beautiful space to a satisfied client.
