Scope Of Work
Description: The work includes expansion of the health clinic under the existing canopy and minimally reconfigured spaces within the existing clinic. The other areas of the clinic shall be designed to provide new finishes for walls, floors, ceiling, doors and to meet ABA to the greatest extent reasonably possible, and incidental related work. In addition to the renovation work to Building 1600, a temporary health clinic facility to accommodate patients shall be furnished as indicated on the Drawings and as specified.
Scope of Work: Trades include demolition, abatement, concrete, masonry, structural steel, misc. steel, millwork, thermal/moisture protection, drywall/ACT, doors/frames/hardware, glazed assemblies, tiling, flooring, painting, visual communications specialties, signage, toilet compartments, cubicle track/hardware, metal lockers, steel shelving, medical equipment, window treatments, modular building, sprinkler, MEP, telecom, sitework, and utilities.
