Scope Of Work
This 10,500 SF repositioning and renovation was achieved while maintaining occupancy in surrounding spaces. It includes a rehabilitation gym, therapy area, a lobby and common areas. The therapy area and rehabilitation gym includes a life station, an active daily living apartment unit with kitchen, bedroom and bath, and other treatment areas. The result is a physical and occupational therapy venue that encourages the residents’ active participation in achieving a sense of wellbeing.
