Scope Of Work
A 575,000 GSF testing and research laboratory facility. The project consists of the following:
• Three-story, 90,000 GSF administration building. Program spaces include administration offices, kitchen and dining, conference and training, fitness center, security, information technology support and other related spaces.
• Four-story, 367,000 GSF laboratory building consisting of a basement, three floors above grade and mechanical penthouse. Program spaces in the basement include a caged animal facility and support space, storage and lab support services. Floors one through three house the BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories and lab offices.
• Single-story, 78,000 GSF service building. Program spaces include animal care offices, health and safety spaces, storage, dock and receiving, mail and clothing dispensing.
This project has achieved LEED® certification.
