Scope Of Work
Bancroft Hall is a landmark structure on the National Register of Historic Places that provides the housing and support facilities for the Brigade of Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy. This complex of nine buildings contains over 1.4 million SF and approximately 2,000 dormitory rooms, making it one of the largest dormitory facilities in the world. Scope of work included complete interior and exterior renovation and modernization of each building with aggressive schedule dates that had to be met in order that each building was completed and ready for the beginning of each academic calendar year.
