The Roybal Laboratory Building supports BSL-2, BSL-3 and BSL-enhanced 3.
Phase I: Demolition and construction of a six-story, 209,000 SF laboratory building containing BSL-2, BSL-3 and BSL-enhanced 3.
Phase II: 100,000 SF addition to Phase I containing BSL-2, BSL-3 and BSL-enhanced 3 research laboratories.
