Scope Of Work
Logan Field, originally the first municipal airfield in Baltimore after World War I, was developed into a mixed-use area shortly after World War II. The Greens at Logan Field is a new four-story, 98,700 SF senior living apartment building in the complex. The facility has 84 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units, and amenities include a fitness room, an activity/computer room, laundry, a community area and a hospitality suite.
